Jude, Shi En, Ethan and Luke are four youths spreading awareness on the importance of family relationships in Singapore.
In a fast-paced digitalising world, many families in Singapore struggle to spend quality time with another. It is disheartening to watch families drift further apart due to the lack of interest in building connection with one another.
Poor family relationships lead to many social issues such as loneliness, behavioral issues, divorce, domestic violence and child neglect and abuse.
In hopes to address this pressing issue, the team is participating in the citi YMCA Youth For Causes 2026 to raise funds and awareness for Focus on the Family Singapore to support its FamChamps and Family Future Makers programmes. They are taking action to stop the deterioration of family ties and encourage healthy family formations, Reconnecting Families in a Disconnected World.
