All Saints Home (Tampines)
Located at 11 Tampines Street 44, Singapore 529123. Our team visited on 15 July at 4:30 PM to serve fresh refreshments and spend quality time with 180 wonderful residents.
St. Luke's Eldercare (Ang Mo Kio)
Located at 2 Ang Mo Kio Street 23, Singapore 569341. Our team visited on 29 July at 12:30 PM to serve warm bakes and share smiles with 120 beloved seniors.
St. Luke's Eldercare (Punggol)
Located at 1 Sumang Walk, Singapore 829879. Our team visited on 31 July at 12:30 PM to bring delicious treats and heartfelt companionship to 120 residents.
St. Andrew's Nursing Home
Located at 60 Buangkok View, Singapore 534012. Our team visited on 7 August at 11:00 AM to distribute solidarity packages and share warm moments with 150 residents.
